Danielle was amazing with my baby and his curly hair definitely going with her again. My only conment is that one of the hairdresser wasnt nice with my baby while we were waiting

First, our hair dresser (Susan) was beyond excellent. So, there is a good chance we will return, just because she did a great job. However, this place had one concerning issue. On a Saturday, full of appointments, there were only two staff (hairdressers) in the whole place. They had to deal with front desk, cleaning the floor, waiting customer, in addition to their difficult task of taking care of the little ones hair. Bathroom was dirty and the amount of toys to entertain children while they waited very limited. You definitely need at least one staff to help in the front desk and clean!!

The place is filthy. Please get a cleaning service to clean to help the stylists. They can't do it all.

The environment is typically calm and customer service is great. The one thing that bothers me is that I am continuously asked if the haircut is okay. I feel like they understand what is wanted, but then want my non-expert advice. It makes me anxious. You are the experts. Just get the hair out of my child’s eyes in the style I asked for, and we are golden.
