We always go to Cookie Cutters in Fulton, MD. Ms Bibi really treats my kids well. She goes out of the way to help my kids. However, there is a lady called Ms Patty who is so rude anytime I have any questions. I even think that she only does bare minimum of her work and just leaves after that. We were there today with both of my kids. Only one had an appointment with Ms Bibi because the little ones hair was not long. When we went there, the little one insisted that he get a haircut too. So I politely asked Ms Patty if she has room. Before I even finished saying, she shouted saying she doesn’t and that she has a customer coming. Her customer came like ten minutes late and that was the only customer she had the entire time. Ms Bibi in the other hand had four customers during that time and she managed to accommodate my little one in the end. It shows that Ms Patty has very low work ethic, is rude, doesn’t care about the company or the customers!!

I was once late by 5 mins and the person at Cookie cutter told me to leave from the main door itself, she did not even give me a chance to step in or talk, that time I took it as professionalism and let it go. Today my appointment was at 10:45 am and I am waiting they finally took my kid for a haircut almost at 10:57 am. No apologies she just brushed it off as casual event and also the haircut seemed rushed. There was hair all over my kid's shirt hands she did not even dust it. It was not a clean haircut, I had to come home and use my husband's electric razor for cleaning up some extra hair left behind the ears and behind the neck. I understand initially my kid was cranky for a few seconds and then with the Lollipop my kid was sitting quietly watching TV so she should not have a problem with cutting.

The stylist had not read that we had purchased a first haircut package. Having never been before, I didn't know the order of things. I mentioned it was my daughter's first hair cut after she washed her hair and had her in the chair. She grabbed a baggie and gave me some of the hair she clipped. At checkout she finally realized we had ordered the first hair cut package and offered to take the after picture. At that point, it was a little too late. I also felt like she was trying to pressure us to buy their shampoo and conditioner even though she commented several times about how beautiful my daughter's hair was. Overall the cut looked good, but I was a little upset she didn't get the full experience for her first cut.

Employee gave a standard haircut, but did not listen to my direction at all.

We provided an inspiration photo for the desired haircut. Throughout the appointmrnt, Bibi asked us for direction as it seemed like she didn't know how to duplicate the haircut. The end result was too short on the sides and too long on top. Unfortunate!

Bibi is awsome! The other person that works at this location is rude. She appears to not want to engage with black ppl. I felt very uncomfortable to be dismissed and than stared at while my white daughter was being serviced. I am not sure if this is acceptable behavior that the owner encourages. I will be seeking help from the NAACP if this happens at my daughters next visit. Like I stated Bibi is awesome and if it wasnt for her we would never come back. This is the second time this has happened to us.
