When I tell the stylist some of the potential issues, I expect her to listen and not dismiss what I have to say. Because she didn't take me seriously or pay attention to my son's reaction to the hairs on his skin which were irritating him, he ended up crying at the end of the appointment. His skin was red from scratching the little hairs and he had hair in his socks! I have 2 more haircuts to use on my pre-paid pass and I will make sure it isn't this stylist. We've been here before but not had such a bad experience.

We come here for Ms. Bibi! She does a fabulous job and my kids love coming to get their hair cut. Not only does Ms. Bibi do a great job on my kid’s hair cuts, but she is an absolute pleasure to chat with as well. The entire experience of taking my kids to get their hair cut is top notch.
