Danielle was amazing with my baby and his curly hair definitely going with her again. My only conment is that one of the hairdresser wasnt nice with my baby while we were waiting

Took both of my children to Cookie Cutters today for the first time, and honestly the experience could not have been any better! I was able to schedule both kids for same-day appointments, and even right from the phone call to schedule, everything was wonderful. My son is 2, and does not like anyone fiddling him, especially his hair, and he tends to scream at the top of his lungs when we have tried to trim it at home. I spoke with Bibi on the phone, and she assured me that I didn't need to worry and that he would be perfect at his appointment. Turns out... she was exactly right! We arrived a little early, and the kids were able to play on the slide in the waiting area, and my son (who is obsessed with cars) got to try out some of the super fun car seats that they have. During his appointment, he sat in an adorable retro police car, watched Daniel Tiger, and had a lollipop while Bibi cut his hair, and all I can say is that she is absolute MAGIC. So kind. So friendly. Both kids got excellent haircuts and left with balloons and coins for the claw machine, and NO tears, which was huge. I just honestly can't say enough good things. Awesome.

Bibi was very patient with my 2 year old and made sure the haircut was given at a comfortable pace. Throughout the haircut, she would speak to Owen as well as check in with us to make sure we liked how the haircut was turning out (e.g., appropriate length, in line with how we planned to style his hair). Bibi cut our eldest son’s hair for years, and we are so glad she’s able to do the same with our toddler!

I have had a consistently good experience at this location over the years, with the exception of the stylist we had today. I have done my best to avoid her after the first negative experience, but today we arrived to find out that the stylist with whom we had an appointment wasn’t working today. I hoped that the stylist we had been avoiding had gotten better over the year or two since she had cut my child’s hair so we risked it. It was a mistake. She is physically rough with my child, yanking his hair with a comb (she starts combing at the roots not the ends, so of COURSE she is going to encounter tangles!). She also kept shoving my child’s shoulders down and shoving his head forward and holding it down when she didn’t like how he was positioned. I had to ask her twice to stop being so forceful. When I asked her to stop yanking his hair too (because she kept complaining that he was moving while she was yanking it), I asked that she be more gentle. She huffed and threw the comb down, grabbing a brush instead and asking if that was alright. I scheduled an appointment with a good stylist specifically to avoid this woman, and I wish I had known that we were going to be shifted to her so we could have rescheduled. Why do they continue employing this woman?

First haircut ever and he decided he wanted to cut it a little shorter. I knew I had to find a place that would feel comfortable so he wouldn’t regret his choice. It was lovely! He is so happy with his cut and already said he wanted to go back to get it cut again.
