Patti was a fantastic stylist and really knew how to work with my son. She made him comfortable, as he has only ever had one professional haircut before. We had some issues with the other kids in the location, but that's not the staff's fault. We had a great cut there!

Hairdresser was impatient with my son. He was scared and hesitant to get in the chair. Instead of trying to console him or figure out a way to calm him down, she looked irritated and said "come on, I've got other customers waiting." While she was quick and did a decent job with the haircut, she was not the most compassionate during the process. I expect more from someone who's job is to service children.

I can’t say enough about the customer service, professionalism and general quality of your staff Patty and Bibi at the Fulton location. Today we had an appointment for both of my boys ahead of bring your kids to work day, tomorrow, and we arrived to find out we had booked for tomorrow by accident. Instead of turning us away your team got us in and got my boys good cuts. Thank you!

I called to reschedule my appointment 2 days ago. The woman who answered said she was too busy and do it on website. But before I called her I already had. I take my son to the same stylist each time. I had an urgent phone call and stepped away and she cut the front of his car although I tell her every time not to do. She claims she has notes on him but I think that is not true. Last time I use her!

I arrived 10 minutes late to my appointment & I was expecting a welcoming but instead Patty looked annoyed that I walked in & said "next time call ahead that you'll be arriving late". A "hello" wouldn't hurt to say from the start of the conversation. As she was cutting my toddler's hair, she said "hurry up & hold still, I wanna go home already" "look over there, no over here" etc. She definitely had no patience. Finally, as I finished paying, she asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Instead of saying no, I said "next time" & she giggle & said "well you said that last time so". I was in total shock from the beginning to end. Never returning again nor am I going to refer good comments about the place to others. I only came here because our regular hair stylist got sick & I thought giving this place a 2nd chance would've been at least a bit better than the first visit, but it was worse.

The person who cut my sons hair, Patty, may not have been having a great day, usually she is pleasant, today not so much, kept telling my son the do certain things, but not in a nice friendly tone. Seemed bothered by something. During checkout, I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip, and I did, but then I was asked you know the cost of the haircut is $27 right, I felt judged by the tip I left. But I didn't even have a great experience.
