First, our hair dresser (Susan) was beyond excellent. So, there is a good chance we will return, just because she did a great job. However, this place had one concerning issue. On a Saturday, full of appointments, there were only two staff (hairdressers) in the whole place. They had to deal with front desk, cleaning the floor, waiting customer, in addition to their difficult task of taking care of the little ones hair. Bathroom was dirty and the amount of toys to entertain children while they waited very limited. You definitely need at least one staff to help in the front desk and clean!!
