Our stylist, Bibi, did a great job interacting with my antsy toddler and offering a distraction (a lollipop) when he started to cry at the beginning of his appointment. His hair turned out cute, and she made the experience as quick and painless as possible -- this was the first time that he didn't cry all the way through his trim, just for 30 seconds when we put him in the salon chair. I'll count that as a win!

I really like this salon, it is clean and they do a good job. I have been to another kids salon where they have a million toys for sale everywhere which is a tantrum waiting to happen. Our appointment was quick as they were busy but overall I am satisfied.
