I bring my 2 boys to Cookie Cutters in Fulton specifically to see Ms. Bibi. Anytime we've tried to go to another franchise like Hair Cuttery, etc., the haircuts don't turn out as well and don't last as long. We always come back to Ms. Bibi (even though we live in Ellicott City, closer to a different Cookie Cutters location). Ms. Bibi is efficient, does a wonderful job, gives excellent advice without asking too many questions, and I really appreciate that she always takes the extra step to wear a mask. This lets me feel more comfortable with the kids taking their masks off during the haircut. I recommended Ms. Bibi to my sister, who now brings my niece to the Cookie Cutters Fulton location too. Ms. Bibi is a pro!!! (On a separate note, my kids love those darn arcade machines!:)
