Took both of my children to Cookie Cutters today for the first time, and honestly the experience could not have been any better! I was able to schedule both kids for same-day appointments, and even right from the phone call to schedule, everything was wonderful. My son is 2, and does not like anyone fiddling him, especially his hair, and he tends to scream at the top of his lungs when we have tried to trim it at home. I spoke with Bibi on the phone, and she assured me that I didn't need to worry and that he would be perfect at his appointment. Turns out... she was exactly right! We arrived a little early, and the kids were able to play on the slide in the waiting area, and my son (who is obsessed with cars) got to try out some of the super fun car seats that they have. During his appointment, he sat in an adorable retro police car, watched Daniel Tiger, and had a lollipop while Bibi cut his hair, and all I can say is that she is absolute MAGIC. So kind. So friendly. Both kids got excellent haircuts and left with balloons and coins for the claw machine, and NO tears, which was huge. I just honestly can't say enough good things. Awesome.

Danielle was amazing with my baby and his curly hair definitely going with her again. My only conment is that one of the hairdresser wasnt nice with my baby while we were waiting

Susan was great from the time we walked in until we finished our appointment! She greeted us personally and explained the style of cut requested as well as checking in with the adult during the cut to make sure it was what we envisioned.

We have received service at the Fulton location several times now. And we have been happy with the service. However, on Friday, June 3rd, Harper (2 years old) needed to have her hair trimmed. We asked that the bangs not be short, and yet that was how the bangs are now. Disappointed. We will be a repeat customer, just with a different stylist. Thank you, Susan (grandmother)
