I accidentally booked the Ellicott City location instead of Fulton. Arrived at the wrong location at the right time but they worked us in, even as it was the last appointment of the night.

My daughter was a little nervous on the way to get her haircut, but after the wonderful experience she had she’s a huge fan of haircuts. We’ll definitely be going back to Cookie Cutters for every cut in the future. Ms. Jasmine was fabulous!

We had an absolutely exceptional experience at Cookie Cutters in Fulton. The facilities were beautiful, Jasmin was absolutely wonderful with my children and we felt incredibly safe with their COVID-19 protocols. This was a first haircut for both of my children and we will absolutely go back.
