Hairdresser was impatient with my son. He was scared and hesitant to get in the chair. Instead of trying to console him or figure out a way to calm him down, she looked irritated and said "come on, I've got other customers waiting." While she was quick and did a decent job with the haircut, she was not the most compassionate during the process. I expect more from someone who's job is to service children.

None of my loyalty rewards have loaded since I have taken my boys there, place is usually dirty (no proper cleaning after each service). Hair cuts cost too much for a child and are usually not that great looking.

I called to reschedule my appointment 2 days ago. The woman who answered said she was too busy and do it on website. But before I called her I already had. I take my son to the same stylist each time. I had an urgent phone call and stepped away and she cut the front of his car although I tell her every time not to do. She claims she has notes on him but I think that is not true. Last time I use her!

When I tell the stylist some of the potential issues, I expect her to listen and not dismiss what I have to say. Because she didn't take me seriously or pay attention to my son's reaction to the hairs on his skin which were irritating him, he ended up crying at the end of the appointment. His skin was red from scratching the little hairs and he had hair in his socks! I have 2 more haircuts to use on my pre-paid pass and I will make sure it isn't this stylist. We've been here before but not had such a bad experience.

The person who cut my sons hair, Patty, may not have been having a great day, usually she is pleasant, today not so much, kept telling my son the do certain things, but not in a nice friendly tone. Seemed bothered by something. During checkout, I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip, and I did, but then I was asked you know the cost of the haircut is $27 right, I felt judged by the tip I left. But I didn't even have a great experience.

My experience with my son was poor. First, I think the salon needs training on how to cut hair for kids with Autism who are sensitive to noise/sound,and especially when its has been written in the comments prior to the scheduled appointment. Secondly,I had an appointment at a certain time. Another lady was there who got her dates mixed up. Same time with my appointment and booked with same lady I booked but hers was at a different day. The lady cutting the hair decided to take care of the customer daughters first which is not a problem if she had ask me first if it was ok. I would have said yes but the fact it was done without permission or not even acknowledgement of our appointment time. I think that was wrong.
