We love our stylist Trisha, but the service of the front desk staff is horrible. What is the point of setting up an appointment time, arriving 10 mins early and still have to sit and wait 40 mins to be seen?! Why does a walk in just get to get their haircut before us?! This makes zero sense to me. I’ve written horrible review after horrible review about this place, yet no one seems to get in contact with me. I no longer want to come to this establishment. I want the money I bought in credit back. I love our stylist, but am not willing to wait over 10 mins to be seen when we scheduled an appointment.
