I booked an appointment with Alysha to cit my son’s hair, when I arrived the lady at the counter wasn’t friendly at all I believe her name is Teresa, and said cause you arrived early you will have to wait which was not a problem to wait 15 min after coming to your store in a very heavy rain and thunderstorm. After waiting and for no reason she put my son with another person I believe her name is Misty which I didn’t wanna make a big deal I thought maybe Alysha was overbooked or something, basically my son’s hair got messed up, too short, doesn’t have a style. Not only that she was watching the kids show more than concentrating with cutting his hair. I asked to see Alysha and she tried to fix his hair up but wasn’t possible cause the hair was too short from everywhere. When i asked teresa to look at the notes on my son’s account to explain to Misty how my son like his hair cut, she responded in a very unfriendly way that there is no notes on the system which is not true. After that I asked Teresa why am i not getting the points on the app every time i scan it? Again she answered in some how rude way saying I don’t know, we have nothing to do with it! I told her who can then? She said I don’t know maybe corporate or send an email to the owner! Her attitude made feel that she was forced to work that day! Or something was wrong with her. Finally Alysha tried to help by calming down and offered a 5$ discount which I appreciate it but my overall experience was not good at all. I will still come back for Alysha but i hope they don’t change that like what happened the last visit.

The person who cut my sons hair was not very professional. She did not greet us when we arrived and barely spoke to us at all. Instead of talking to my 4 year old about how to move his head and body she moved them for him. She would move him roughly and hardly spoke to him at all. Instead of asking him to look at the TV she would point at the TV and expect him to understand what she wanted. If he didn't understand she would roughly move him wherever she wanted. She did not ask me whether I liked his haircut or not. Only after she started to remove his poncho did I realize she was finished and speak up about things I needed changed. She at one point pulled my 4 year old by his ear to move his head over. My son has a communication disorder and does not understand her gestures. He needs to be spoke to like a person, not jerked around like an animal. She removed his mask without his or my consent in the middle of a pandemic. I was very displeased with our service and will not be returning in the future if things are going to be like this.
