Always very pleased when we go here and I have taken all 3 of my children here. This last visit I was very disappointed with the person at the front desk. I had called earlier in the day and asked some questions. The person was very rude on the phone. Then when I got there the person at the desk did not even acknowledge me standing there. It was so long I just went and sat down. But then I noticed all other people that walked in were greeted and checked in. After several others came in she finally acknowledged I had checked my son in. The hairdresser was very nice and helpful and did a great job on my sons haircut.
