We haven't been to the West Chester location in about a year. The waiting area was starting to look run down with a couple broken games, but my son did like the slide. We always had different people cutting his hair and sometimes it would look great and other times it would look bad. The employees sometimes weren't very well groomed themselves, so I was concerned they didn't care about quality. The haircut prices are cheaper at Great Clips and he gets a better haircut between the 2-3 different ladies who are always there. When my son was 1 to about 5, the TVs at each station were a nice distraction and I was willing to pay more for his haircut just for that reason, but now he's old enough to sit for his haircut without needing a distraction.
