Very upset. We booked online and ordered a first haircut package. We paid for the first haircut package. We did NOT receive it. He did get his hair cut but we did not get the lock off hair or the picture!

Megan is SO good with kids. She’s kind, cheerful, and patient. My 19 month old got his haircut today and he looks so cute. They have a slide and projector game on the floor to keep wait time fun.

We love coming here and we love our son’s stylist. However, the past 2 appointments we have arrived early/on time. Every time, she has had another client still in her chair 20-30 mins after our appointment time until we finally get seen. What is the point of making an appointment, be there on time, just to have to sit and wait for over 20 mins for a child’s haircut. We would love to continue coming here, but if it stays at this rate, there is no point in coming. And this last visit the salon was not busy at all, it was us and 2 other people in there.

Since this place has a massive issue running on time (even though it is appt only!), I scheduled 9AM - first of the day. Upon arrival I see the person I booked was double booked for 9AM. They started to take the first person and the only reason I was taken 8 minutes later is because that kid was having a meltdown. I had a second appt for 9:15 but the lady I booked with took the original kid, I received a different person. What is crazy is you could hear the desk people discussing all the booking issues, but no one communicates that to the client. I think honesty goes a long way and just letting us know what we can expect / how long we will wait with the kids. I leave a review every time and this place still continues to just absolutely suck.
