Jamie does a great job at cutting my son's hair. He has autism and she's very patient with him. We have been coming to her for years.

Summer handled my 16 month old reluctant crying tugging grandson in a very swift efficient matter. Was completely unfazed by his uncooperative behavior. Will use her again.

The older blonde receptionist was not friendly AT all. She was short with my husband when we came in 8 minutes late and he had apologized, she just came out and said Yeah your late. They weren't even ready for us anyway. Then when I went to check out we had a credit from the manager from our last visit when our child saw the clippers for the first time he freaked out she clipped him like 2x and said its fine it happens all the time its no big deal. Just reschedule. So I told her that and she just rolled her eyes at me staring at the computer so maybe I had misunderstood something I'm not sure. I'm not sure what her issue is but she is definitely in the wrong place with that type of behavior and attitude to customers. Maybe it was the inconvenience of speaking to me or maybe because my husband owns his own shop and he was in his work clothing, maybe it was me. Just don't appreciate that kind of huffing and puffing with eye rolling from what is already expensive visits to begin with.

I absolutely love the lady that cut my child’s hair she always does a great job but the girl at the front desk (Laini) probably should find a new job. She looked like she hated every minute of being there. And when I asked her if I could reload my prepaid card she said no and that she didn’t know how to do that and gave it back to me. So I couldn’t get the discounted rate because she just didn’t know how to do it. I would have been a little more understanding if she wasn’t so unbelievably rude about it. She didn’t even apologize. I was just blown away with her attitude.

This is our fourth time coming to this location and the understanding we receive in regards to our child with ASD is phenomenal. It’s hard finding a salon/stylist that will work through the sensory overload for something that is necessary without getting frustrated themselves. It’s always much appreciated.
