I was pretty nervous about taking my 2.5 year old for her first haircut. I prepared her by watching a few little videos about haircuts but I was still worried she would freak out. These people really know what they’re doing! The environment is super kid friendly, she seemed totally at ease the moment we walked in. They have these cute little car salon chairs that she was excited to sit in. The stylist was clearly very used to wiggly children and just rolled with it! They have little tvs and the stylist put on a video my child wanted to watch. She got to pick out a barrette to put in her hair when it was all done and got to pick out a ballon on the way out the door. We will definitely be back!

We had Hope cut our grandson's hair today and she was awesome! She was patient and worked with him through the entire cut. We asked him if he liked his haircut when she was done, he said "I like it"...he is 3 years old :)

Wonderful care for my special needs kid

Today's hairstylist was not good. She was complaining about kid moving and didn't interact with kid nor cared. It's a kid salon and she needs have empathy towards kids. Didn't talk nicely with adults too.

We arrived approximately 8 minutes late to our scheduled appointment and learned there is a 5 minute wait policy. 5 minutes is absolutely ridiculous, it needs to be 10 minutes especially for children….they fit us in and we did not mind waiting but 5 minutes for a wait policy is not realistic especially for children. This definitely deterred me from scheduling another appointment. The front desk worker was not friendly either. As far as the hairdressers they were great and did a wonderful job.

My appointment felt very rushed, I left because I felt pressured to and did not realize that I wasn’t fully satisfied with my daughters haircut until we got home.
