MY APPOITMENT WAS 11.30, AND ARRIVE 11.28, THE LADY THAT WE HAD THE APPOITMENT WAS JUST RECEIVEN ANOTHER COSTUMER, SO WE HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 15 MIN. FRONT DESK LADY WAS NO VERY NICE. SHE SJUST SAID THAT MY SUN WAS NEXT AND WE HAD TO WAIT

Service is always great, stylists are very patient with the kids and friendly. New renovations look great.. I wish they would take some time throughout the day to sweep up the hair in the store though. My child went down the slide once before his appointment and was covered in hair. I looked and there was hair all over the play area and also wods of hair on the rugs. Just not appealing and gives a bad impression of cleanliness for the store.

Jamie does a great job at cutting my son's hair. He has autism and she's been cutting his hair for years. She's very patient with him. The staff is also very friendly.

Juana cut my sons hair. She was very rude and wouldnt not even turn the tv up for him. He was told he wasnt allowed to pick where he wanted to sit. When we got to the seat where he was told he had to sit it was covered in hair and so was the floor. She made no attempt to clean it up and made my child sit in a dirty chair. We drive 40 minutes to get his hair cut so it can be an enjoyable experience but I was extremely dissatisfied with our visit this time and not sure if I will bring my children back

Always a wonderful experience with Megan. My son Hugh was at ease and the facility is clean, with plenty of entertainment/distractions.
