My almost 2 year old was anything but a model client, but Megan is always so patient and friendly. Also, he has curly hair, which I am so not familiar with and Megan always gives me great advice and reassurance. Teddy is a huge fan of the play area and game mat after his cut! I definitely recommend Megan and Cookie Cutters.

The stylists were double booked today and clearly very stressed. We arrived right on time for our appointment, but had to wait fifteen minutes to be helped, while a customer that arrived after us was helped before us. When the salon has such a strict late policy and will turn customers away for being late, they should respect the customer's time just as much. Stylists should never be double booked, that is unacceptable for them and the customers. We had great service by our stylist, but I was not impressed with the way we were made to wait and the response I received when I asked why we hadn't been helped yet.

my appointment time was at 345pm. we arrived a little after 330pm. people were coming in after us and were called back before we were. we did not get called back until almost 405pm. i have never had to wait that long when i had an appointment. i had to ask when we were getting called and was told we were next and we were not next someone else was called before us again and i did not pick a specific stylist. it didnt matter to me who we got. not sure if i am going to use this place again.

Megan was helpful and very patient. It was our first time coming here. I wish the front desk was a little more helpful.
