I love Cookie Cutters! My son is autistic and not a fan of haircuts. He was excited to go today, but once we got to the salon he got a little anxious and wouldn’t sit in the chair. After a few minutes of trying to convince him, Tracie asked him if he would like to stand to get his hair cut. He agreed and stood the whole time! He was a little jumpy, but Tracie kept him calm by talking to him about roller coasters and she constantly reassured him that he was going to be ok. It was absolutely fantastic! And he got a great haircut, too! Many thanks to Tracie at Cookie Cutters- West Chester.

The hair stylist went ahead and dabbed my childs face with talcom powder without asking if has any allergies, highly irresponsible hair stylist,never coming back.

Since this place has a massive issue running on time (even though it is appt only!), I scheduled 9AM - first of the day. Upon arrival I see the person I booked was double booked for 9AM. They started to take the first person and the only reason I was taken 8 minutes later is because that kid was having a meltdown. I had a second appt for 9:15 but the lady I booked with took the original kid, I received a different person. What is crazy is you could hear the desk people discussing all the booking issues, but no one communicates that to the client. I think honesty goes a long way and just letting us know what we can expect / how long we will wait with the kids. I leave a review every time and this place still continues to just absolutely suck.

Summer handled my 16 month old reluctant crying tugging grandson in a very swift efficient matter. Was completely unfazed by his uncooperative behavior. Will use her again.
