Our son cries every time he gets a haircut. We normally see Megan but she wasn't available when we needed to get him in. Megan does a great job dealing with him and still getting a good cut. The stylist we saw this time did not do very well. He doesn't really look like he got his hair cut and it was quite uneven. We will make sure we get Megan everytime moving forward!

We love seeing Megan there! She is absolutely wonderful, kind and patient! Nothing but great things to say about our experience when we book with her.

He’s tired in the picture, but he loved driving the Minnie Mouse car, the balloon, the sucker, and the mom who even though her son was done let them play for a while. I used to get his haircut at an adult chain, here is so much better. He really enjoys getting his haircut now.

Sam was wonderful!! She was great at communicating with my daughter and understood what would be the best haircut for her hair and age (I wasn't really sure!) Our original stylist was able to come in this morning and we were very easily rescheduled for later in the morning - and given a discount which was very thoughtful. Thanks!

Her stylist, Sam, did exceptionally well. She was attentive to the fact my daughter is non verbal and autistic.

There was a stylist there (not either of the girls who styled my kiddos, they were both great) who was clearly sick. She was blowing her nose, coughing frequently, and experienced a nose bleed during our time in the shop. It was very concerning to see her actively sick and in such close proximity to kids and without a mask. I’m not sure of the details of her situation obviously but I hope Cookie Cutters supports and encourages employees to take time off when they are under the weather.
