We love our stylist Trisha, but the service of the front desk staff is horrible. What is the point of setting up an appointment time, arriving 10 mins early and still have to sit and wait 40 mins to be seen?! Why does a walk in just get to get their haircut before us?! This makes zero sense to me. I’ve written horrible review after horrible review about this place, yet no one seems to get in contact with me. I no longer want to come to this establishment. I want the money I bought in credit back. I love our stylist, but am not willing to wait over 10 mins to be seen when we scheduled an appointment.

We love cookie cutters and most of the stylists that have cut our sons hair. However, he has had 2 haircuts with Misty and she is not patient with younger kiddos. Our son is 2-3 years old and his most recent hair cut with misty, I had to trim his bangs after getting him home because she left them completely lopsided. I have no other complaints about cookie cutters, other than that. If she can’t be patient to work with younger and smaller kiddos she should probably leave them for the other stylists. I’m going to start asking for any stylist but misty.

I was quite upset by the number of children screaming in terror during their haircuts. Perhaps if the child is screaming before they even get in the chair that it should be suggested to try another time. Also the place needs a deep clean and the gumball machine is disgustingly filthy. I can't believe that any parent would let their child get a gumball from it.

Summer is great with my son. He hates getting his haircut but she is calm with him and quick at getting his hair cut.
