We love Megan! She does such an amazing job cutting our kids’ hair. The other staff are not very friendly at all. Also, the salon could be cleaner. For two out of three of my kids, Megan had to clean the chairs prior to my cutting my kids’ hair because the previous stylists didn’t clean their chairs.

Jamie was so kind and patient cutting my 3 year old son’s hair. He has autism and she was so positive & calming plus gave him a great haircut. We really appreciated her!

Our son is a very dramatic one year old. Doesn’t tolerate anyone unless it’s mom. So you know, we cried and threw our tantrum and did not like our chair. But the woman who cut his hair did awesome. She did it quick. It looks amazing. She didn’t get mad that he was crying. She didn’t rush through either. She made sure he looked good before he got out of the chair. It was a great experience even though he wasn’t having it. Thank you so much. We will definitely be making this our barber for him. Cookie cutters in Mason Ohio is definitely underrated. They deserve more credit.

Megan does an absolutely wonderful job on my boys’ hair! We also love when the gumball machine is up and running. My kids look forward to the gumballs every time.

Frustrated because the stylist did not adjust to what we asked. The wrong size guard was used in the clippers even after me asking her to check them. They were never changed. This is the first negative experience we’ve had at Cookie Cutters however with new places popping up I may consider looking elsewhere in the future for my boys.
