Sam was excellent! She went above and beyond to make my two year old son comfortable with his hair-cutting experience. She was kind, welcoming, engaging, and patient. We will definitely reserve appointments with her in the future. Love my son’s haircut! The waiting area and play space could be cleaner was the only area of growth I would suggest from this visit.

We had a fantastic 1st haircut for our Daughter. Our stylist was very sweet, nurturing and gave her a great haircut. We had a great experience and she looks forward to coming back again!

Salon was filthy and smelled absolutely awful. The front desk staff was rude and looked miserable. The stylist was 15 min late. My daughters cut was uneven and so bad we had to pull it into a ponytail. I’ll need to go to a real salon and pay again to get it fixed. I’ll never come back and will tell all of my mom friends to stay away. We drove 40 min to get there. What a waste of time and gas.

I booked appointment with some one and the receptionist booked with another and as I there I have to go with another hairstylist for my son.. This is very bad
