Our appointment was scheduled at 1030am on 1/6/2018. It was my sons first haircut and I read online abt the "First Haircut Experience" before making my appointment. We arrived at 1015 am and signed in. The young, blond girl at the desk was rude, short with us and not friendly at all. The brunette woman who actually cut my sons hair was pleasant and kind and was done in abt 5 minutes with his cut. She did a good job with him and with his cut. During the check out the young, blond woman continued to be rude and short with us on our way out. The "First Haircut Experience" was not an "experience" at all. You should at least provide a little 8x10 "certificate" with their first haircut as a keepsake, especially for the fact that after my tip I paid $20 for a 5 minute "experience" that overall, I wasn't that impressed with. I would not recommend Cookie Cutters nor will I be back. I will take my son to my Stylist at Salon Lofts where I get fantastic treatment and she did well with my other sons first haircut.

The service was fantastic, especially being that my 2 year old cried/screamed the entire time! (At no fault to the stylist) He was also whipping himself around like crazy, so good thing the seats have buckles. Even with all that she did a fantastic job on his cut! The only reason I gave a 8 on how I was treated during the visit, was for greeting. We hung out for a good almost 5 min before someone even acknowledge us. Even though they were not working with a client just cleaning up. Though this will not keep me from coming back. I just felt they could have at least said "Welcome we will be right with you" but instead I felt ignored.

I have several punch cards and every time they say we are not eligible for anything, I would like to combine those cards... ridiculous for how many times we have beenthere.

Brittany was great with our 20 month old! She was efficient, patient and kind to us and our boy, making it a positive experience for us all! We’ll definitely be back and recommend this place to our other little friends. Glad we made an appointment though, because it was a bit busy!

Jamie is amazing with our boys! She is quick but does an awesome job! We will only see Jamie!

We drive an hour to come her for my son to get a haircut. The reason we keep driving this far is for the exceptional service we receive. My son is autistic and hates having his haircut. The stylist is always very understanding and sympathetic to his meltdowns in the chair.
