I for the life of me can’t remember the name of the Stylist we had, but she was beyond amazing !!! My son is autistic and getting his haircut is a struggle … but she was the most patient person I’ve ever met. No one else has treated him as kindly and amazing as she did ! She took her time, talked him through it, gave him breaks, etc. She definitely made it an easier time for all of us. And she didn’t get overwhelmed or frustrated with him. We will definitely go back ❤️

We had an appointment around 7:00pm close to closing time. I don’t know if they were tired or what but treated us real bad very serious faces zero smiles I would never go back or take my kids there anymore. She was mean to my 2 year old boy because he was crying.

They called me 1 hour before both of my kids appointments to tell me they could only fit in one kid because they thought it was one appointment. Then we show up and they can take both my kids, but neither kid had who I scheduled with

Service was horrible, why your employees look so miserable; not a single smile on their face?! I always use please and thank you so as my kiddos. Do they know they work in a service industry environment where smiling and being polite goes a long way. I still gave over 20% tip and paid in cash per my principles even though it was deserved. I'll look for another location that can treat me with dignity and respect.
