Summer at the West Chester Ohio location did a fantastic job! She made the experience enjoyable for my son and he left with a great hair cut.

Many similar salon in this area have renovated with new or modern setup for kids. For examples shark kids cut your infra and physical set up should keep up to beat competition

The lady who cut my sons hair was extremely rude to us and she definitely judging us because he had alittle bit of cradle cap, he is only 8 months old so of course he might have some and she was judging us because of how young he is well he was born was alot of hair that gets super out of control but she did do a good job on his hair.

I am very happy with the haircut Gus received but I definitely felt a lack of warmth from the staff there. The place felt like a factory churning kids out as quickly as possible. I have no idea what the name of our stylist was because she never introduced herself to us. She did warm up throughout the haircut but I was disappointment by how things started as this was Gus' first time getting his haircut in a real salon. I work with kids as a children's librarian so I know how important it is to be greeted by a friendly face in a new environment. I think we will probably come back one more time and see if we have a more friendly experience as I certainly know people can have off days.
