I am very pleased with the stylists here. We have been coming for 3-4 years and my son hates having his haircut. They work with us and him to help us navigate and get through it. Thank you for always trying to help the hard guest. It’s really hard to find people who go the extra mile and I feel that everyone does that.

Silas’ hairstylist, Jamie, and the lady at the front desk were both extremely friendly! This was my sons first haircut. His hair was quite long and Jaimie cut it incrementally to ensure I was okay with the length. She talked me through everything and made my son feel completely at ease by turning on a show and engaging in conversation with him. She was very patient and gentle. The lady that we paid was also very kind! She engaged with my son as well and offered to give Jamie our cash tip as I didn’t want to interrupt her while she was with another client. It’s the small things that really stood out to me on our first visit! As for my son, he really enjoyed the slide and the projector games on the floor. He loved choosing his seat and getting a balloon and sucker at the end. I was shocked at how well he did and I can only assume it was because the experience was so kid-friendly and relaxed. We will be back!

We usually see Megan - she is wonderful with my kid and does a great job, always friendly, she is our preferred stylist. Still think $20+ for a 5 min haircut is too high. And now we're told they can no longer do a little hair braid/style for my daughter, it will now be an additional EIGHT dollars. That's more than 30% the cost of the very short haircut itself for a 30 second braid. My daughter loves getting a little braid or something at the end, doesn't matter what it is, and to learn that tiny gesture is now going to cost so much extra...it's a shame. The stylists are so nice, we've been coming for 5 years, it's a shame. I tip MORE because they are nice and do stuff like that for the kids.
