Hair stylist was exceptionally rude to my child. They barely cut his hair and was dismissive of anything he said. The experience was horrible.

Tonisha was amazing. Before we began I expressed that my son did NOT like the spray bottle and she avoided using it. The whole experience was wonderful for my son (who usually screams the whole time) and he didn't even wimper. Tonisha was professional and took such great care of my kid. Plus his haircut is adorable.

We waited 30+ mins for our appointment. We got to our appointment early because we were once about 10 mins late and were told they had cancelled our appointment due to the fact that we were late. The policy sign also denoted that if we had more than three appointments cancelled due to the fact we were late, we would be unable to come to Cookie Cutters anymore. However, when we showed up at 2:40 for our 2:45 appointment and we’re not called back until 3:10. Seems inconsistent that we have to stress our appointment time and be 100% on time or we will be penalized, but if we are on time and even early, there is nothing that says we will be seen in a timely fashion. The manager on duty while we were there was very demeaning to the front desk guy who seemed to be newer. She spoke down to him the whole time we were there. My kids were fine with playing the video game while they waited, but it was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating for the parents. Not a good experience at all.
