I hate leaving such a bad review because normally we love it at Cookie Cutters, but the woman who cut my sons hair was awful. I’ve watched her rush through every haircut she does and that’s exactly what she did with my son. She has zero patience and has a horrible attitude. My son is finally comfortable getting haircuts after years of tantrums and hating all of it and today he cried because she was hurting him and he told her multiple times that she was hurting him and she continued. He now has a knick on his ear from where she was hurting him. I don’t ever want her to cut my child’s hair again.

We had another great experience with Trisha! It was totally slammed, but we decided to wait until she was available instead of going with someone else, and I’m so glad we did. She did an awesome job making our 3 year old super comfortable, and his haircut looks perfect!
