It was my sons second haircut and he has a pretty interesting hair pattern. The stylist made him look absolutely adorable and really knew how to trim his hair so that it would grow out well. Even when he was fussy around the ears she had him “hold” the clippers to help and he loved it!

Carissa was extremely patient with our 2 1/2 year old boy who was hysterical initially fearing his haircut. He did settle down by the end of the cut and we were amazed, given his behavior, how perfect the haircut was! We are so grateful for Carissa and her patience and professionalism and skill.

We couldn't get an appointment with Alysha even though we have called up in the morning at 10 Am. Got an appointment for 3 PM, When we went there we saw lot of ppl who were coming as a walk in. We have told specifically not to assign Misty due to a bad experience few years ago, They hardly bothered about our request and Misty was assigned as the stylist. You had to request her multiple times to get a decent haircut, She doesn't seem to be much interested or tired to do the kids haircut. Eventually, we gave up and went to front desk and told that we were not happy with kids haircut. Jamie came to the rescue and tried her Best to fix the kids haircut, It would have been better if we would have got Jamie, Alysha or Summer in the first instance itself. I wish front desk was little empathetic and listened to our requests rather than ignoring them and assigning random stylists based on their convenience. They told that they are going to give me a discount for what has happened, But in the end while billing they didn't include the discount as I was using the prepaid card. We were tired of the experience today and just left the place.

We have been going here since last 4 years, We had a very bad experience today due to the busy schedule they had. It's always better to go with your known stylist, The team at the front desk hardly bothers about your preference.
