The wait is extremely long for the service. No one greets you as you enter or makes any mention of how long the wait is. It's confusing to all patrons when those with appointments walk right in and get seen without a wait when you have been waiting 45 minutes without anyone acknowledging you. It makes people frustrated and antsy. The space was dirty. We will absolutely not be back.

Dani has been cutting my son's hair for a few years now. He has cowlicks in the front and at the crown and it's tricky to cut. I only trust Dani to cut his hair. She does an awesome job given all of my son's hair challenges.

As a walk-in, I knew I'd have to wait for our favorite stylist. The woman working the desk was great about letting me know the wait was going to be extra long because of how booked she was and suggested she could get me in faster with a different stylist. We decided to go with someone else, and she did a very nice job, but made me a little nervous with her shaking hand in combination with her quick scissor cuts around my child's face, and her repeated "don't move, okay?", even though my child was basically motionless... Again, the haircut turned out fine, it was just a little nerve-wracking for a first experience with a new stylist.

I had made an online booking appointment a couple days ago for my son and when I went in for it, they had stated that we in fact did not have an appointment. I'm not sure if it was something with the website or why I didn't receive and email confirmation; but luckily Jamie was able to take us as soon as she could. She's always very friendly and attentive, and we enjoy seeing her. I will be sure to take a screen-shot of the appointment confirmation through the web next time, just in case the system does not accept it for some reason.
