We requested Megan and we’re never informed she was not there. The person we had didn’t even tell us her name. She hardly talked to my daughter the entire time. She seemed spaced out. I had to provide the encouragement and my child was well behaved. I can only imagine if she did not tolerate it well. While the cut itself wasn’t bad, the experience was terrible. I will not go back. I will just take her to the salon with me.

Place needs to be clean. The chair was covered in chair. Floor had hair. Please do a through clean after each cut. Wish there were more suggestions from the stylist. Invest more in the facility. You may get more business.

The stylist, Tricia, is AMAZING. She is literally the only reason we bring our son for his haircuts. The "cookie cutter" space and experience is horrible otherwise. From a management perspecitive, they are NEVER on time. For having such a strict late policy it is so frustrating to wait over 30 minutes from your scheduled appointment time. We had an appointment and when we arrived they were finishing up a haircut. I assumed we'd be next and only ~5-10 minutes off our scheduled appointment time, but there was another cut ahead of us. That meant we were seen over 30 minutes after our appointment. It was even more frustrating because when we checked in, no one managed our expectations to let us know that they were running behind. The space is always messy/dirty and covered in hair. If we didn't find a stylist that was so talented and good with kids we would never come to Cookie Cutters.

We were very displeased with the way our son was treated and the lack of specialty provided in this experience. The only element that appeared "kid-friendly" or specialized for kids was the set up of the environment. Otherwise, our son was forced to hold still while his hair was cut and not given any praise or reward or breaks. We could have forced him and used the same tactics for a lot less money. We were very unimpressed and will not be returning to Cookie Cutters.

We have been going here since last 4 years, We had a very bad experience today due to the busy schedule they had. It's always better to go with your known stylist, The team at the front desk hardly bothers about your preference.

I will lead with the fact that we usually have a wonderful experience with Jamie, and we will be back to see her. Based upon our haircut yesterday, I am so unhappy. I couldn’t see the butchered job until after my son had his bath last njght and the mistakes became apparent. I realize that with my son being Autistic makes working with him difficukt, but he has literally holes IN THE MIDDLE OF HIS HEAD that don’t blend. His bangs are cut much shorter on one side and even pushing them to the side doesn’t hide it. I mentioned at the beginning that Finley is diagnosed with Autism, and yet the barber did not willingly give him any breaks when he tried to get away from her. I had to intervene to ensure he was ablw to calm down. I am very unhappy with Finleys haircut today. Especially when he has school picturws today. I am happy to send more photos.
