I am surprised that the people who sit on reception are not very inviting. The way they greet is that they are just doing their job. Not just that but i had to ask for a balloon for my son whereas i could see that she was already giving it to kids before us and how come it was not offered to us. Its a sad state. Not just that even though your dayton outlet also does not have inviting receptionist but my experience with the hair stylist there has been phenomenal and i find it quite opposite to it in your Mason location. Its just that mason is closer to us as we live there but whenever i can i drive to dayton. I wish things could improve in Mason.

There seems to be an issue between the online booking and the actual appointment time. I reserved and got confirmation for 3 very specific times and was informed upon checking that my times were different than what I actually booked. Also people who had a later appointment time than ours were helped before we were so I am not sure how the appointments work with regard to that. We usually have a great experience but today's was pretty bad :(

I believe for 14.95 to trim a 2 yr olds hair is some what high since they don't even wash it.

The chairs are not very clean in between kids. For my older daughter, I’m okay with the price, but with my two littles that still have baby hair and only got 1/2” off it seems like a lot of money and not worth the value. The stylists today were not very interactive. Other times they’ve given suggestions or finished my daughter’s hair with a braid. Today they seemed a little miserable.

The hairdresser was kind of rough and just had an overall attitude that she didn't want to be there.
