I love Cookie Cutters! My son is autistic and not a fan of haircuts. He was excited to go today, but once we got to the salon he got a little anxious and wouldn’t sit in the chair. After a few minutes of trying to convince him, Tracie asked him if he would like to stand to get his hair cut. He agreed and stood the whole time! He was a little jumpy, but Tracie kept him calm by talking to him about roller coasters and she constantly reassured him that he was going to be ok. It was absolutely fantastic! And he got a great haircut, too! Many thanks to Tracie at Cookie Cutters- West Chester.

Trisha was excellent overall and VERY patient with my antsy son. I appreciated her kindness and understanding, and this haircut is my favorite haircut I've gotten my son in years.

My son is 3, with sensory issues. We always have a hard time with haircuts. But we had Ms Jamie today and she was wonderful with him. Very patient and understanding. Will be booking with her again!
