The haircut was good, but the woman was not friendly with my child. He’s done great in the past with other stylists but she had no patience with him and I don’t think she even smiled once.

This is the second time we have booked with Trisha through the app, and been told our appointment was somehow accidentally canceled and been given Misty as our stylist. We purposely book with Tisha as we feel she takes her time and does a fantastic job each time.

I was very disappointed that the salon was so busy this morning. I booked what I thought was the first appointment of the day (9:15) and when I arrived with my 3 year old, we were one of 9 families plus staff members that were inside. My husband brought my 3 year old in a couple of months ago and the salon was limited to children (and a parent) who were getting their hair cut- others had to wait outside. There were also fewer appointments booked at the same time. This is very frustrating- we came back because of the steps taken to keep children safe. The lax in these safety measures is unacceptable and should at a minimum have been communicated when changes were made so that people can make an informed decision. We are not planning on coming back unless changes are made. I am also disappointed in the quality of my 3 year olds hair cut, which has not happened before this visit. His hair is uneven in the front. It’s also important to note that he sat perfectly still the entire hair cut, he was not screaming or flailing about like the other children - which if he did, I could understand the uneven cut. However, since he sat still, the cut should have been even.

This was our 2nd visit to cookie cutters after a great first experience with stylist Alysha. We were disappointed this time due to Abby, She could have done better with a 2 year old.

First time coming home with the worst haircut on my 6 year old. She has curly hair, I asked for an inch off total and she got a couple inches taken off of 1/2 her hair and then the rest underneath is longer. Like I said it’s curly so it’s sticking out on the short layers and looks uneven. I will make sure to request jamie on her available day, she has never messed her hair up.

We normally take our 4 year old son in to see Jamie, but she was not working this week and my son needed a haircut before school picture day this week. I booked an appointment with Ashley and my husband took him in this morning for his haircut. When they got home, he was very disappointed. He said Ronda cut his hair and was making unintentional degrading comments about our son during his haircut. Our son just happens to have Down Syndrome, but Ronda felt it necessary to tell my husband that it was a blessing he wasn't aware of what was going on around him because it keeps him comfortable and easy going while he gets his hair cut. She also said....Miracles happen. He may just talk one day! While she may not have meant these to be hurtful comments, my son is very intelligent despite being non-verbal and knows over 300 signs in ASL. She also talked to him like a baby the whole time. I'm sure she didn't mean to condescend to a 4 year old, or to imply anything negative about his being different - and perhaps this is more of a generational thing - but it was disheartening nonetheless. We'll be coming back, but will make sure we stick with Jamie in the future.
