LOng wait times even with appointments, and the floors and furniture was very unclean . The chairs where kids sit for their haircuts are very unclean.

I called at around 1:45 to see if there are any appointments for today and they told me there is either a 2 or 2:45 I took the 2:45 appointment. I arrived at 2:30, a whole 15 minutes early. There was a man in front of me signing in and an employee asked him if he took an appointment and he said no. After I signed in a mom came in the store with her son and signed in. At 2:46 they called on the man and his son. I was shocked that he has priority although I am the one with the appointment and it was MY appointment time and I arrived 15 minutes early! Furthermore, my son needed to use the restroom and someone was inside. We waited for like 10 minutes, everyone saw us waiting. Even one of the employees talked to me and told me that she saw someone go in, so I just needed to wait. My son went into the restroom for literally 3 minutes and when I got out I was shocked to discover that the mom that came AFTER me is having their turn! Only when I waited in line to discuss this issue did they finally call on us....at 3:10! I am extremely upset and disappointment in this company.I felt as if I was being avoided, and that is not how a customer should feel. I am not sure if it is because they couldn't read or pronounce my son's name so they were avoiding my turn, but I hope not because that is straight up discrimination. If you can't respect the fact that I made sure I called to take an appointment then I shouldn't respect you as a company. If you will always choose the customer on first come first serve basis then you shouldn't have an appointment system in the first place and in both cases I should have gone first. So choose your system and RESPECT it.

Misty was Lainey's stylist and she seemed burnt out. She sat Lainey down on a chair covered in hair from the previous clients and barely spoke to us. She hadn't even bothered to sweep any hair. She cut her hair in under 5 minutes and the cut was just ok. She did not offer my daughter a braid or clip and thats the whole reason we go to Cookie Cutters. Once Misty was finished with my daughter she was heard complaing loudly about random things. She has an overall unpleasant attitude for working with children. I have seen her behave this way over the past 18 months that my kids have been recieving haircuts here. Luckily, Sam, the stylist that was doing my younger daughters hair, also gave Lainey a clip and braid when she was finished with Winnie. Sam is amazing and next time I want both my daughters to see her.

Somewhat disappointed because the last 2 cuts we have scheduled specifically with Trisha and she has "no showed" both times without any heads-up. You have other talented stylists, but Trisha has connected with my son and always does a great job cutting his hair. It would be nice to at least have a heads up that she won't be there when we specifically scheduled with her through the app.

Hair stylist was a bit rough with our child because she wasn’t very tall and kept forcing him to sit back. Just felt as though it could have been a bit less rough on our child.

SUMMER WAS OUR BARBER, SHE WAS AMAZING. SHE DID A GREAT JOB. ON THE OTHER HAND, I WAS UPSET WITH THE RECEPTIONIST, I USUALLY BRING MY SON TO GET HIS HAIR CUT AND BRING SOME COINS TO GET HIM SOME CANDY FROM THE QUATER MACHINE. UNFORTUNATLY I FORGET THE CASH AT THE HOUSE, SO I ASKED HER TO GIVE ME $1 WORTH OF QUARTER THEN TAKE IT OUT OF MY CARD BUT SHE REFUSED. WE BRING OUR KIDS THERE TO MAKE THEM HAPPY AND I WAS UPSET SINCE HE WAS CRYING. I DON'T WANT TO TEACH PEOPLE LESSONS BUT IF IT WAS ME AND SOMEBODY ASKED ME FOR A QUARTER FOR HIS SON I WOULD GIVE THEM MORE. SO YOU GUYS EITHER HAVE TO HAVE A CASH BACK OPTION OR JUST TAKE THAT MACHINE AWAY! SORRY FOR THE LONG REVIEW
