Frustrated because the stylist did not adjust to what we asked. The wrong size guard was used in the clippers even after me asking her to check them. They were never changed. This is the first negative experience we’ve had at Cookie Cutters however with new places popping up I may consider looking elsewhere in the future for my boys.

We love cookie cutters and most of the stylists that have cut our sons hair. However, he has had 2 haircuts with Misty and she is not patient with younger kiddos. Our son is 2-3 years old and his most recent hair cut with misty, I had to trim his bangs after getting him home because she left them completely lopsided. I have no other complaints about cookie cutters, other than that. If she can’t be patient to work with younger and smaller kiddos she should probably leave them for the other stylists. I’m going to start asking for any stylist but misty.

Overall it was ok. The girl didn't hardly spoke to me or Jaxon Al all. It can be very rush rush, would like if they slowed down just a little to make it more personal.

I booked appointment with some one and the receptionist booked with another and as I there I have to go with another hairstylist for my son.. This is very bad
