my appointment time was at 345pm. we arrived a little after 330pm. people were coming in after us and were called back before we were. we did not get called back until almost 405pm. i have never had to wait that long when i had an appointment. i had to ask when we were getting called and was told we were next and we were not next someone else was called before us again and i did not pick a specific stylist. it didnt matter to me who we got. not sure if i am going to use this place again.

Megan was absolutely wonderful with my son! We struggle so badly to get anyone to work with him because he has Autism and sensory processing disorder, but she encouraged him to sit on his own and walked him through every step! The receptionist, however, was incredibly rude and I didn’t appreciate the attitude from the second we walked in the door. Very unprofessional and even more hostile environment, which is incredibly upsetting considering it’s supposed to be a family environment, and you’re working with children. If there was another receptionist I would 110% recommend this to everyone!

Always a great experience for my son at cookie cutters. He enjoys haircut at this salon . More weekend appointments should be available.

My appointment was at 6:00 and I wasn’t able to get serviced until 6:24. Understaffed maybe? However, Trisha was amazing and patient with my son. Listened to how he wanted his hair cut and styled.

Overall, the salon is a decent place to take the kids for a hair cut. I do wish there was more room in the waiting area. Mostly, I wish the stylists were more kid friendly. We have been twice now and neither stylists offered so much as a smile to my girls.

Arrived before appointment time. Didn't get cut until 30 mins after appointment time. People who came in after us got cut ahead of us. Even though we were on time for our appointment
