The front desk attendant was very friendly and kind with my child! I was a little confused because I don't believe that we ended up having the same stylist that we scheduled with. Our stylist did do a really good job being patient with my child and helping them but the full experience was missing a little personalization. I believe with the baby's first cut we were supposed to get more than we received but I didn't know how to address this and wish it was more clear. The stylist was great with the ACTUAL cut but beyond that just soso.

I did not make an appointment prior to going into cookie cutters salon. The wait time was estimated at 45 minutes. They got us in after about 25 minutes. I will absolutely be making an appointment before going in next time. Service was good. Atmosphere was great, lots of different things to keep kids entertained.

The floor and floor mat by the doors were covered in hair, and the receptionist was not very friendly. However, Tabby and Danielle were both very warm and welcoming to the kids and families coming in.

Tonisha cut my 2 year old daughter's hair and the cut is not even at all. She has long straight hair and was being fairly cooperative but the stylist cut the back shorter than the sides. When I asked her to straighten it more she just did the back again and asked my daughter to stand up in the seat, then stand on the ground. But didn't actually try to cut the sides any more, she just said it will look different depending on how her hair is laying. I got her home and gave her a bath and her hair was clearly longer on the sides and the back wasn't even straight. I could have done it better myself at home, honestly.

Please ensure the stability of your monitor stand. My child came close to knocking the monitor onto herself while reaching for candy, but luckily she wasn't injured. I've learned that this isn't the first time this has happened due to the unsecured stand. Please take steps to childproof it.

I had appointment with a request for said stylist through the app. I arrived 20 minutes early and was told no, I did not request a person. I showed them proof in an email sent from them and they said they would try. I had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes past the appointment time with 2 little kids. Several people after me had come and gone before my appointment. Great stylist but as always horrible front desk experience. Don't promise something to lure people in if you can't keep your promise and don't treat people like they lied to you.
