Jamie does a great job of cutting my son's hair. He has autism and she is very professional and patient at times when he is impatient and ready to go. She always does a wonderful job.

Cache' is awesome! She is so good with my son. Before she began cutting his hair, he would scream throughout the entire session. She found a way to calm him down and now, he gets excited to see her. She also gives great recommendations on cuts and styles. My son always looks amazing when we leave there. Thank you Cache' for doing such a great job!

The store has done some recent remodeling and overall I think it looks more open and organized. My kids have gone to Jamie since moving to this area almost three years ago. Jamie is extremely patient and caring towards my children. She is a parent herself and is very understanding. AND she knows how to give a good haircut! My kids get even haircuts and they look great when they leave. She takes notes on each visit and always refers to them before cutting their hair the next time to make sure she doesn't miss anything. She cares about doing a good job for my kids. I know my kids will always get a good haircut from Jamie.

I spend 2 days looking online for a baby/toddlers hair salon, I actually found a couple, Cookie Cutters got us in an took care of, flexible times an staffing was all nice, my babies first haircut was amazing there at Cookie Cutters, very respectful employees an she kept asking me if I was happy with his hair an they also put his curls that she cut off inside a bag for me they gave us a paper saying his first haircut with his hair tapped to it an his name on it he got a ballon when finished an played in the play area after his little haircut, a great place to take your children to, younger children, place is great, we will forsure be back when it's time, thank you to staff at Cookie Cutters in West Chester!
