My daughter is getting ready for her first day of school. She has crazy curly hair and doesn’t like to get it combed because she’s very sensitive. The stylist not only gave my daughter an amazing, tear-free hair cut, but she also styled my daughter’s hair like Elsa from Frozen. Overall, the place was amazing and I’m excited to go back.

We had Trisha and she was incredible! My husband joked we didn’t need a “kids haircut” and any barber would do and boy was that not true! Thank you for a great experience!

Sam at the west chester location was AMAZING! She was extremely patient and helped talk me through what kind of hair cutting she would do to achieve the look I wanted. she was personable and very good w my kiddo. the place was very clean and kid friendly.

My only complaint was that we had to wait 15 minutes past our appointment time. While that’s not horrible, it’s challenging with toddlers to sit still and wait. Otherwise, very good experience.

The only issue I have had the last two visits is the wait time. This visit I waited 17 minutes past my appointment time and walked in 5 minutes early. A 4 year old gets really impatient and having to wait that long past my appointment time almost resulted in me needing to leave to spare everyone else from the pending tantrum. I don’t mind 5 minutes or so but 15-20 minutes is kind of long. Aside from the long waits, the staff is great and really knows how to deal with kids.
