My stylist was awesome, probably the best one we've had at this location. My son is a squirmy autistic kid and she did her best to talk to him and try to keep him from screaming (it didn't work, but it was appreciated). She was also very kind to me as I kept apologizing since the other parents were staring at my son. His hair looks great too. My only other comment is that the lady cashing people out probably needs a second person for high traffic times. She was getting phone calls and there was a pretty consistent long line of parents and children waiting to check out. She was friendly, but looked like she needed some help for efficiency.

We have bringing our kids here for over 3 years. The oldest (5) was a nightmare when he initially went to the "adult" salon. The youngest was never a problem! At Cookie Cutters they love the playful environment, the car chairs, and the televisions to distract them. The staff has always been respectful and pleasant as well. There is often a lot of hair on the toys, chairs, etc in the waiting room but overall a great experience each and every time!

The "front desk" experience was a bit unorganized, the receptionist seemingly frazzled and openly spoke of how she's not feeling well and describing her symptoms. I am a client, not a physician. This verbal interaction was not a professional demeanor, in my opinion, as she's not serving me, the customer, but informing me instead of her health issues. The stylist's attention to detail made up for the receptionist behavior--she was great.

Brittany was so great with Spencer. She did a fabulous job on his haircut even with him crying much of the time!

Jaime is always great with the boys even when they are uncooperative. Their cuts looks great!
