We were very displeased with the way our son was treated and the lack of specialty provided in this experience. The only element that appeared "kid-friendly" or specialized for kids was the set up of the environment. Otherwise, our son was forced to hold still while his hair was cut and not given any praise or reward or breaks. We could have forced him and used the same tactics for a lot less money. We were very unimpressed and will not be returning to Cookie Cutters.

We have been going here since last 4 years, We had a very bad experience today due to the busy schedule they had. It's always better to go with your known stylist, The team at the front desk hardly bothers about your preference.

I wish the facility was cleaner. The stylist barely spoke to us or made any suggestions on the child's haircut. The chair was covered in hair. Why don't you invest more into the place. Replace the chairs often. Clean it more frequently. After we got home noticed the hair was uneven. We went back and Stefanie did a fantastic job. I will come back but ask for her. I kindly ask the place be more clean. There are young children there after all. I appreciate it being quick and easy to schedule. Thanks

In-spite of having appointment and reaching reaching before time, we were pushed back for more than 30 minutes and given no explanation for same. People who came after us, with/without appointment we taken before us. This calls for improvement in customer service and professionalism!! Also, after the haircut, the blow dry was very inadequate. All my kids hair were wet!

I come here because our stylist does such a great job, but this place has so much missed opportunity and today was especially awful…. Very likely my last visit which totally stinks because I finally found someone who does an excellent job with my boys’ hair. You’re more than welcome to reach out if you wanted true feedback on small changes you could make to completely change the customers experience. This particular visit being more terrible than usual had nothing to do with the reno. It is the consistently an issue with service and staff demeanor. Trisha is the only employee who is always pleasant and kind.

The hair stylist did not introduce herself and barely said a word the whole time. She did not seem happy to be working there and barely interacted with my child. She doesn’t have the personality to be working with kids. When my child was getting upset instead of stopping to calm him down she just kept going. She mostly did what I asked but didn’t clean it up behind the ears/back of the head and took. A good chunk off the top which looks funny. I will be waiting for the First Lady we went to, Trisha from now on. She did a much better job with a great personality.
