I am surprised that the people who sit on reception are not very inviting. The way they greet is that they are just doing their job. Not just that but i had to ask for a balloon for my son whereas i could see that she was already giving it to kids before us and how come it was not offered to us. Its a sad state. Not just that even though your dayton outlet also does not have inviting receptionist but my experience with the hair stylist there has been phenomenal and i find it quite opposite to it in your Mason location. Its just that mason is closer to us as we live there but whenever i can i drive to dayton. I wish things could improve in Mason.

after being very very cranky during his haircut, my little guy was happy and looking amazing. unfortunately i didn’t catch the young ladies name who did the haircut but she was absolutely amazing. very comforting, detailed and caring. i’m endlessly appreciative of how well she did.
