The stylist was very nice! She did her best to help me entertain my son while getting his haircut and also let me put my daughter in a chair next to him so she could have fun too. However, the hospitality at the front desk left much to be desired. They seemed very displeased and honestly kind of snotty that I had mixed up our appointment dates. They acted as if I was causing the biggest inconvenience of their entire day. It was a very stressful time for me and my husband because we were walking into uncharted territory with getting our sons very first haircut. They could have been a tad more cordial and understanding of the frenzy I was in at the moment. But prices are fair and I would most likely recommend to friends. I just hope the attitude problem gets resolved.

Misty is absolutely amazing!! Not only did she do an excellent haircuts for my 4 yr and 1 yr but did it while they weren’t being the best clients. Getting haircuts are something we tend to put off because how they’re unpredictable behavior but she did so good with them. I highly recommend booking with Misty for a great haircut and overall experience!

Misty did a wonderful job with our boys not so pleasant behavior and gave them excellent haircuts!! We’ve been the cookie cutters multiple times and always receive great service but the way Misty handled them and delivered amazing haircuts is shocking!! She is truly the best at what she does. I’ll definitely book with her in the future.

Great overall experience. My 19 month old got his 1st haircut here and his hairdresser Alysha was not only experienced by the way she was able to communicate with him, diverting his attention and such, but was very light handed making the whole experience seamless and quick. I expected him to cry bloody murder but he took a whole different route and was very calm throughout his appointment. His cut turned out beautiful and he left a completely different toddler! Came in with a natural mullet and left ready to impress a job interview! A++ The price was reasonable, the location did everything in their power to abide by safety rules (taking Temps and separating seats, keeping clean), and at the end they gave him a balloon and a first haircut certificate which was very sweet. We will return.
