Our stylist did an awesome job as always. She cut both of my boys hair today and both turned out adorable. Their hair was very long and shaggy so I felt bad she had to work so hard but she was super nice about it!

We had a scheduled appointment. We got there about 5 minutes ahead of time and signed in. We sat down to wait to be called back for the haircut. While we were waiting for other separate clients came in, signed in, and we're called back to get haircuts. At this point, I went up to the two girls that were working at the front desk. I told them that we had been waiting for 30 minutes and four people came in after us and have already gotten their haircuts. They scrambled around and discovered that his paper with his name never got put in the basket. They did not apologize or anything. Then we went to get our his hair cut. I informed the hair stylist about this. She apologized and felt really bad. It was not her fault, it was the two girls that worked at the front desk. It would have been nice for them to have said that they were sorry about misplacing the paper. However, even with misplacing the paper, they could clearly see that me and my son were waiting and waiting and other people were going back before us.
