Last time we had a great experience and Jamie was amazing. This time will Be our last. Appt started almost 15-20 late. There were only two people working - have no idea what her name was - long blonde hair, thicker woman. She was nice enough, but did a horrible job with the back and sides of my child’s hair. It’s so uneven where she used clippers - there are some pieces that are still long throughout his head, the top is uneven as well. She completely rushed through this and my child has pictures tomorrow. We will not be back. It’s just a cut to you- not so much for the parent.

My son is anything but easy for his haircuts. His stylest was so patient and friendly. I love coming here because I know 1. He will look great even thought it’s always a major struggle with him and 2. He will really enjoy his time getting his haircut when he’s old enough to figure it out.

Jamie was great. She asked about our current routine and product and made great recommendations. She reassured me that i was taking care my child’s hair well already. I really liked her and will recommend going further. Recommendation- just a recommendation as this is my second visit and wasn’t aware of this survey. My last haircut was out first haircut. The girl that did it was nice and good with my child however she loaded his hair with product and then cut some of it off and put in the bag. I would just suggest that a small piece be cut off first and then product added or ask the parent. There is so much ‘gunk’ in the hair.. you lose the sentiment for sure as it’s not cut and mostly likely going to mold. Not sure how one would wash it out without losing some.
