There seems to be an issue between the online booking and the actual appointment time. I reserved and got confirmation for 3 very specific times and was informed upon checking that my times were different than what I actually booked. Also people who had a later appointment time than ours were helped before we were so I am not sure how the appointments work with regard to that. We usually have a great experience but today's was pretty bad :(

The haircut was on my 21 month old little boy. It turned out great, but I was not pleased with the lady that did it (I don’t remember her name). My child does not like to sit still, let alone be buckled into the seats, she kept stopping and just watching the TV instead of trying to get finished with his cut. Also when trying to explain what I wanted done, she wouldn’t even look at me while I was trying to explain. Everything other time we have been into this location the service was excellent and the stylists were great with my son, and getting done as quickly and efficiently as possible. The girl at the front desk however, we very sweet!

This was our second visit to Cookie Cutters and it was still the best experience I have had with a hair stylist concerning my daughter’s hair. Everyone is so welcoming and nice. Misty did such I good job with Eowyn’s hair, I am so pleased with how it turned out. You definitely have our business from now on and I will be recommending y’all to others!
