Went in 20 minutes early, still waited 15 min after appt time because one stylist decided to help someone else that came in 15 minutes after us with a later appt! I was livid.

My son is almost 2 and this is the only place he had ever had his haircut. The stylist are wonderful! We had an especially wonderful experience today with Aisha. I also have to rave about another stylist working tonight. I am not sure what her name was but she was cutting 2 boys hair who had special needs. I could not get over the time and attention she used to ensure both boys were comfortable and at ease. Being a parent myself I know how thankful the parents of these boys are for knowing someone takes the time and has the patience for making the experience as easy as possible for their children. Great job!

I have taken my daughter to this location twice. Both times I've had a great experience. My daughter can be difficult when she is overwhelmed and surrounded by people she doesn't know. They were patient, understanding, and very nice. They tried to make sure that she was comfortable even though my little girl was being difficult. I'm very satisfied and will continue to come here for my daughter's hair needs.
