The location has recently been under renovation and seems mostly complete, however there are still large and heavy objects sitting around surrounded only by caution tape. This seems like a major hazard. Our stylist was wonderful with my kids and did an excellent job on both haircuts. She asked for my input and made sure I was happy with the service. It was my daughter's first cut and she made it a special experience.

The stylist was so patient today with our 2-year-old son who was being difficult. She offered to let him play for a few minutes to see if that would help him be more cooperative (we arrived right at the time of the appt. so he didn't have time to play beforehand), gave him suckers to try to calm him, and then cut his hair despite his squirming while sitting on my lap. I really appreciated her patience!!

The floor and floor mat by the doors were covered in hair, and the receptionist was not very friendly. However, Tabby and Danielle were both very warm and welcoming to the kids and families coming in.
